This was bought brand new last year and worked fine. It was displayed for about 4 months and only occasionally turned on. Unfortunately, when I tested it today, it spins but won't rise. Cosmetically, it's in perfect condition. Box and Styrofoam are also intact. I'm not going to mess around with it because I would be afraid of doing further damage. Also, I can't find the adapter for it. Please see my other listings as I will be selling more carnival items and other Christmas pieces.
