Due to increasing issues with shipping times and package fulfilment, I am no longer using Mercari for the sake of my buyers. Specifically through Mercari's service, my buyers repeatedly did not receive their items in the time-frames they payed for, with no way for me to assist. Now, Mercari has left one of my buyers without an item, and me without reimbursement despite the item being sold before seller protection rollbacks. They have repeatedly lied about dates and information they provided.
